Hosting travelers in your home can be a truly rewarding experience. I can help you prepare your home, navigate city permitting procedures, design a truly memorable experience for guests, and market your space to maximize occupancy. I can even help with hosting when you are busy or out of town.
TRADITIONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
From a single family home to a multi-unit property, I can help you price your unique space appropriately, land a qualified renter, enter into lease agreements, and maintain your investment for you. I hold an OREA Property Management license and can tailor services to meet your needs.
DESIGN AND CONSULTING
Creating beautifully functional interiors is my passion.  Drawing upon my Interior Design education from The Art Center Design College, I'd love to help you furnish your space for personal or rental usage. I specialize in space planning, color theory, and good vibes.
